Senior Pastor Rich Roy

Pastor Rich and Amanda have faithfully attended Freedom Worship Center together since 2003. Over the years, they have served in various ministries, including Cleaning, Building, Care Groups, Healing Room, Children’s Ministry, and Men’s Ministry. Amanda also dedicated many years as the Office Administrator, while Pastor Rich served as the Treasurer before being ordained as an Elder in 2011.

Pastor Rich and Amanda live to serve the Lord by building relationships and serving others. They are proud Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA) members with a heart for ministering to the biker community and the broader body of Christ. Their passion is to share the love, mercy, peace, and joy of God with everyone they encounter. Deeply committed to helping others connect with God and discover their God-given purpose, they encourage believers to operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and walk out their salvation in service to the Kingdom of God.

Philippians 3:13-14 – (NASB) Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 10:24-25 – (NASB) … and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

Rich is a gifted teacher and preacher and a blessing to the whole body at FWC.

Council of Elders

Elders support the pastors by providing spiritual oversight and guidance for the church. They assist in decision-making and maintain the church’s spiritual health through prayer and counsel.

Joe Roy is a tremendous asset to our elder team. His responsibilities include overseeing the house’s operations in practical ways. He is also a spiritual asset to the Elder Team and an able and gifted teacher.

Kim has overseen the Healing Room since its inception in 2003. In this capacity, she trains all of the Healing Room staff and maintains the standards of the International Association of Healing Rooms. Kim is a gifted and anointed teacher and preacher who uses her talents to bless the entire body at FWC.

Deacons

Deacons handle the church’s temporal and practical matters, assisting the pastoral team and elders. Their focus is on supporting the church’s day-to-day operational needs. Deacons are appointed annually.

Board of Trustees

Trustees manage the church’s financial and legal affairs, oversee property transactions and financial records, and ensure alignment with the church’s spiritual goals. They are elected and serve staggered terms.

Secretary

The Secretary maintains records of church meetings, membership lists, and official documents. They issue meeting notices and ensure the accurate documentation of church business.

Treasurer

The Treasurer oversees the church’s finances, including receiving and recording offerings, managing bank accounts, and preparing financial reports. The position requires careful stewardship of church resources.

Board of Presbyters

The Board of Presbyters is an advisory council to the Council of Elders. Members must have a fivefold ministry calling (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher) and provide counsel and spiritual covering to the church leadership.
